Dan Raap – Since founding the business more than 7 years ago, Dan has been responsible for new client acquisitions and relationships and supporting the overall team. Dan was able to transition to the Model Train Business full time and away from a 35 Year Career as a Sales Engineer in Fire Detection & Life Safety in the Fall of 2022 when BAD RY Solutions, LLC was formed. Dan is an active Model Railroader with a layout under construction at his home and he is passionate about Narrow Gauge. He currently models in HOn3 and will be transitioning to Sn3 in a few years. Dan is a member of the Near Sighted Narrow Gaugers, an HOn3 Modular Club based in Littleton, CO that also participates in area train shows and the Narrow Gauge Circle which is a group of narrow gauge modelers and enthusiasts across all scales that meet regularly in the Denver Area. Dan is also a member of the NMRA.

Cindy Raap – After a successful career in Healthcare Sales, Marketing and Administration, Cindy joined the business full-time in April of 2023 and has been an integral part of the growth and success of the business. Cindy manages the purchasing needs of the business, human resources and she is the Chief Listing Officer when it comes to eBay Listings! Cindy loves Cabooses (or are the Cabeese?) and she loves tank cars!
Austin Raap – Austin joined the business in 2023 and is currently our Fulfillment Manager and manages the shipping team and manages customer communications through eBay. Austin also enjoys supporting our new listings efforts as time permits and he attends area train shows and swap meets with our team. Austin loves N Scale Trains and is especially interested in Electric Locomotives.
Chris Raap – Chris also joined the business in 2023 and currently supports the business part-time with new listings and eBay Store Platform maintenance. Chris has fallen in love with the Union Pacific Railroad, and he is especially fond of the Big Boy, Centennials and Gas Turbines!
Brandon Raap – Brandon joined the business in 2024 and manages our New York HUB for collections and new listings including order fulfillment. This allows us to send collections that originate in the Northeastern part of the USA a much shorter distance which saves time and money for all parties.
