Cindy Raap – After a successful career in Healthcare Sales, Marketing and Administration, Cindy joined the business full-time in April of 2023 and has been an integral part of the growth and success of the business.  Cindy manages the purchasing needs of the business, human resources and she is the Chief Listing Officer when it comes to eBay Listings!  Cindy loves Cabooses (or are the Cabeese?) and she loves tank cars!

Chris Raap – Chris joined our team in 2023 supporting new collection acquisitions, listing development and he manages order fulfillment which is perhaps our most critical function!  In addition, Chris maintains our eBay platform including customer communications and supports all local train shows and our monthly “Prospecting” Open House”. He also participates in a number of local Model RR Clubs.  Chris has grown fond of the Union Pacific Railroad and is an avid collector of UP Cabeese and loves the Big Boy, Centennials and Turbines!

Brandon Raap – Brandon joined the business in 2024 and manages our New York HUB for collections and new listings including order fulfillment.  This allows us to send collections that originate in the Northeastern part of the USA a much shorter distance which saves time and money for all parties.

In Loving Memory –

Austin Raap – Our family is heartbroken to share the loss of our son, Austin Raap who passed away on May 19th, 2026 at the tender age of just 33.  Austin had joined the business in 2023 and always had a smile on his face at area train shows!  Austin was a gifted Jazz Saxophone Musician and Golfer.  Austin loved N Scale Trains and really liked Electric Locomotives and Traction. Austin touched so many with his generosity, selflessness, gentleness and compassionate spirit.  We love you Austin and we miss you dearly!
